Ready to apply for a rental property?
Applying for one of our available rental properties is quick and easy.
To submit an application:
- Visit our Properties For Lease page.
- Find the property you are interested in and select the listing.
- Click Apply on the property listing.
- Complete the online application form and submit your application.
The online application form is also available directly through our realestate.com.au rental listings.
Once submitted, your application will be sent directly to our Property Management Team for review.

For permanent rental properties, please log in to your PropertyMe Client Portal to submit your maintenance request.
This allows our Property Management Team to receive, track and action your request as quickly as possible.
