We found the whole team very professional. We liked how they arrived early for open inspections and gave us detailed feedback . We got weekly emails from Ben keeping us up to date on how things were going .We understood that we would have to reduce our price and Rob was very clear on where we stood in the market . I was offered sound, clear advice about the sale of the house and the possible problems that could go with it. I was hoping for $500,000 or more but, as pointed out, it could have taken quite some time to get such an offer and the offer I took was cash - no encumbrances. The majority of the time I was dealing with Ben who was very helpful and supportive..... especially when I had to get rid of some furniture from the house before settlement!!!
